Programme terms

Kiro Bites began on 6 September 2026. Ten percent of the product value of each paid order placed on kirofoods.com on or after that date is credited to your Bites wallet, calculated after any discount and excluding delivery, and held against the email address you check out with. 1 Bite = ₹1. Rewards are redeemed from your balance and issued as a discount on your next order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more, and free whenever a reward brings your order total to ₹0 — so a 300 g pack claimed with 199 Bites arrives with nothing to pay. On other orders below ₹499, delivery is ₹70. Reward tiers are set against normal retail price and may change if prices change; the tiers shown on this page are always the current ones. Orders placed on BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart or JioMart do not earn Bites. Bites are personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expire twelve months after your last order. One reward may be redeemed per order. Cancelled or returned orders have their Bites reversed. Kiro may change or close the programme with notice on this page.
