Kiro Foods is a brand of Shinsekai Enterprises Pvt Ltd, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, operating from Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. We sell millet-based food premixes through our online store at kirofoods.com.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled if the product is unavailable, pricing errors are identified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout through our payment partners (Razorpay, Shopify Payments). All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.

Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only in the following cases: damaged or defective product received, wrong product delivered, or product received past its expiry date. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. All Kiro products are manufactured in FSSAI-certified facilities (License No. 10625006000365) and are NABL lab-verified. Our products contain cereals (millets) and pulses (chickpea flour/besan). They are manufactured in facilities that may process other grains, nuts, and seeds. Please read product labels carefully before consumption if you have food allergies or sensitivities.
All content on kirofoods.com — including the Kiro name, KiRo logo, product images, descriptions, blog articles, and website design — is the property of Shinsekai Enterprises Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Kiro Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
