Shipping Policy

Shipping Partner: Delhivery

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India through our logistics partner Delhivery. We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes covered by Delhivery's network, including metro cities, Tier 2, and Tier 3 towns.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 699

Standard Shipping: Rs. 50 flat rate for orders below Rs. 699

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3-5 business days

Tier 2 Cities (Raipur, Bhopal, Nagpur, Indore, Jaipur, etc.): 4-7 business days

Tier 3 & Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, local disruptions, or high-volume sale periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order at www.delhivery.com using the tracking number provided, or directly through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Pre-Order Shipments

For pre-order products, the expected dispatch date is mentioned on the product page. Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received. You will be notified once your pre-order is dispatched.

7. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable (after 2 attempts), or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. For failed deliveries, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the package if damage is visible before opening. If damage is discovered after opening, take clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours and contact us at hello@kirofoods.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. PIN Code Serviceability

Delhivery covers most PIN codes in India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. For serviceability queries, contact us before placing your order.
