At Kiro Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in food products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring food safety standards.
We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:
Damaged Product: Package arrived torn, crushed, or visibly damaged during transit.
Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Expired Product: Product received is past its "Best Before" date.
Quality Issue: Product has an unusual smell, taste, texture, or visible contamination that indicates a manufacturing defect.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery. Product opened and partially consumed (unless quality issue). Incorrect order placed by the customer (wrong variant selected). Delay in delivery due to factors beyond our control. Product stored improperly by the customer after delivery.
48 hours from delivery. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
Step 1: Email us at hello@kirofoods.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9630852245 within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with the resolution.
Once your return is approved, you may choose from the following:
Full Refund: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Replacement: A fresh replacement shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Store Credit: Issued as a discount code for your next order, valid for 90 days.
UPI / Net Banking: Refund credited within 5-7 business days.
Credit / Debit Card: Refund credited within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery (if applicable): Refund issued via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery at no cost to you. In areas where reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to ship the product back. Shipping costs for such returns will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned product.
Before dispatch: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order is dispatched. Email us at hello@kirofoods.com with your order number.
After dispatch: Standard return policy applies once the order has been shipped.
For orders of 5 or more packs, please contact us directly before requesting a return. Bulk order returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
