Every pouch has three ingredients: its millet flour (ragi, kutki or kangani), rice flour and besan (chickpea flour). No maida, no preservatives, no added sugar, no added oil, no anti-caking agents, no artificial colours or flavours.

Allergens: contains cereals and pulses. Made in a facility that may also process other grains.

Per 100 g: Ragi has 13.14 g protein and 118 mg sodium; Kutki has 11 g protein and 20 mg sodium; Kangani has 12.10 g protein, 15 mg sodium and 3.80 g fibre. Ragi makes chilla, idli, dhokla and more; Kutki and Kangani are printed for eight dishes including bread, cake, pizza and waffles.

Each 300 g pouch makes 8 to 10 dosas or chillas, 10 to 12 idlis, or 8 to 10 dhoklas. Across the three pouches that is about 24 to 30 chillas.

Whisk the premix with water into a thin, pourable batter and cook on a hot tawa for dosa or chilla. For idli and dhokla, add a little curd and a pinch of Eno, then steam. No soaking, no grinding, no overnight fermenting. Step-by-step recipes are in the Kiro cookbook.

Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture, printed on every pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and move each pouch to an airtight container once opened.
