Ragi (finger millet) and besan (chickpea flour) are naturally gluten-free. Kiro Ragi Premix contains rice flour, ragi flour and besan, and is manufactured in a facility that may also process other grains, so we do not certify it as celiac-safe. It is suitable for people avoiding wheat and maida.
Yes. Ragi has a low glycemic index, the premix has no added sugar (0.97g sugars per 100g, all naturally occurring), and contains 13g of plant-based protein per 100g. It is a slow-release breakfast for people managing blood sugar. Always consult your doctor for personalised advice.

Yes. The premix is 100% plant-based. Dosa and chilla need only water. Idli and dhokla traditionally use curd, but you can substitute plant-based yoghurt to keep them fully vegan.
